Sens drop game 1...but it's all good

Ok so the Sens did lose game 1 against Anaheim, but we did have a 9 day lay-off, not that i'm making excuses...

Other problems presented themselves too. We had way too many give-aways and also, hoping its a one game thing, Alfredsson didn't look up to his standard set in the past three rounds. I'm sure Murray will chew them out over the next day or so.

Likely we'll see the Senators of rounds 1-3 show up next game for the full 60 minutes.

And all that aside I really don't want to go to game 3 down 2 games to none, it'll put a real damper on the day.

I just have some strange connection to this comic...it seems like it suits me for some reason...I could be wrong though...nope pretty sure i'm just an ass most of the time...

Now i'm really not sure what this blog is for yet, i'll just write about random things until i get a feel for what i want to do with this.

So yeah, our Senators are on their way to the cup finals!!!! WOOHOO, and i even have a ticket game 3, courtesy of my awesome Dad (thanks for renewing your season tix).

I went to game 5 of the Pittsburgh series (where Ottawa eliminated them) and the crowd was ridiculous then, so i really can't wait to see what it'll be like in game 3 of the freaking cup finals!

And we'll prolly be up like 2 games to none by then :)

My sens jersey is in, looking pretty sweet rocking out with Volchenkov's name and numbers.

Also, got a 40k tourney on saturday, still haven't decided on guard or marines, if i go guard i gotta paint a bit, as i'd like quite a few more plasma/melta and lascannons in the army for dealing with damn dirty marines and their stupid terminators.

Hmmmm.....maybe a demolisher too...

Ideas, ideas, i'm gonna get no sleep today...and gotta take the girlfriend to see Pirates:3 tonight, so that'll cut out more time...damn women...wait, no it'll be worth it i'm sure.

BTW new to me (i live under a rock) penny-arcade.com is fan-freaking-tastic if i do say so myself.

And yeah...that's about it...i'm going back to school in July, bleh...but i guess kinda-sorta cool too.

First day with a new blog...

Ok, so I've tried numerous times to actually keep up with a semi-regular blog, i think this one will actually survive. Why you ask is this any different?

It really isn't, but i do have a bunch of stuff to talk about, and my friends and girlfriend might kill me soon if i don't shut up every now and then.

So stay tuned for hopefully more updates as my brain churns them out...
